Main House sleeps 6, Guest House sleeps 4. Great privacy with these 2 separate cottages. The main house has 2 bedrooms one bath with jetted tub, kitchen with sitting area and spacious family room, and a bright and sunny sunroom with a daybed , a table for 4 and separate door to the long covered tiled patio and hanging swing perfect for sitting back and relaxing. Additional covered patio off the front door and has an outdoor table and benches and grilling area off covered patio. Guest House has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, queen pull out sofa in living room, full kitchen and kitchenette table and chairs. Both houses are spacious and on ground level with sidewalk access between houses. Outdoor shower off back of main house and a full-size washer and dryer in the wash house. Beach view from front yard. Bring your family and friends and have a great time!
