The Owl's Nest is one of our favorite Sunriver, Oregon vacation rentals, located at 19 East Butte Lane. The Owl's Nest is close to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) and rental of this home always includes 6 'Unlimited-use' SHARC passes!
This newly redecorated and cozy home is also very close to both Fort Rock Park and the Sunriver Village Mall. At the Village Mall, you will find shopping, entertainment and restaurants.
Furnishings, decor, bathrooms, bedding and mattresses were recently updated. Owners emphasize guest amenities like 5G Wifi, a variety of entertainment options, and even a coffee corner with both a french press and coffee maker. Warm wood accents and thoughtful decorations give this home a cozy and relaxing Sunriver feel.
The home is 2-level with two bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and two bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom features an Olympic Queen bed and hall bath. The upstairs has a queen bedroom and ensuite bath also accessible from the sleeping loft. Upstairs there is also a sleeping loft with a full sleeper sofa and a twin bed. To ensure comfort, the full sleeper sofa has a mattress topper. The beds are all made with luxury sheets, cozy duvets, and comfortable mattresses. Spa soap, shampoo, and a few other small amenities are included to help you 'get by' if you forget your own.
The deck is a gem in the heart of Sunriver. A private hot tub and large deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture, with umbrella, allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The shared space behind the house is wonderful for gazing and serenity as well as a game of fetch with your pooch.
The garage boasts all kinds of toys for you to enjoy. There are six bikes, a scooter, a bike trailer, and a stroller for your use to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver. Also included is a ping pong table, a few tennis rackets, and a basketball hoop.
We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.
This home does not have central A/C but offers a window unit during summer months.
