This place is on Bayshore Rd, 0.4 miles from the lovely Nokomis beach on Casey Key. One minute by a car or about eight minutes by walking. There are restaurants, fast food places, banks, grocery shops in a five minutes driving radius. Kayak, bike and motorboat rentals are also close by. An entrance to Legacy Trail, an 18 miles long biking and walking trail is five a minutes drive as well. Completely remodeled and contemporary furnished. There are only three condos on the property and this one is the most private. Surrendered by a nice and calm neighborhood. Enjoy your coffee from the veranda under the palm trees.
