Enjoy private beach access, a resort style pool (one of the largest in Florida!), a pool-side cafe, charming brick-paved and palm-lined streets, private walking trails, a beautiful outdoor amphitheater (great for Bocce or Frisbee!), and tram service to the pool or the beach! (Runs March to October). Take a short stroll to The Village of South Walton for live music, bike rentals, restaurants, ice cream, retail shops, and more!
This beautiful, light-filled house is the perfect layout for families and friends to spend quality time together. The downstairs has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and Double Bunk Beds w/ trundles) - all with their own private bathrooms! Upstairs is an additional bedroom (Queen), full bath, beautiful and bright kitchen and dining area, wide open family room, and TWO large covered porches - great for conversation, coffee, or happy hour!

Logistics:
After booking we’ll request a few pieces of information to get you set up with amenities during your visit! The HOA charges $2.50 per day, per guest to use amenities (only applies to guests 11 years old and older.) This charge will be added after initial booking.
Our driveway accommodates three vehicles. There are also parking bays throughout the neighborhood that can be used on a first come, first serve basis.
During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. (This applies to the whole area. We maintain the fastest wifi available.)
