The nearest pool is right next to the community tennis and shuffleboard courts, less than a minute walk from your front door. The second pool is about a 2-minute walk from the unit. During your stay, enjoy the use of tennis courts, shuffleboard, community charcoal grills, and a small playground area. Beachside Villas also features grills, a clubhouse, a 2-acre beach at the end of San Roy, and free parking for guests on premises (up to 2 vehicles).

Walton Dunes Beach Access, a quiet spot, is just a 3-minute walk from a public parking lot.
Eastern Lake Beach Access, on the other side of Eastern Lake, offers a shower, bike rack, and parking spaces, and is a 5-minute drive from this home.
Beach Shuttle Service: Beachside Villas offers guests beach shuttle service from March through mid-September. Rides are currently offered down San Roy to the public beach access point. Shuttle service is available daily from 9am to 4pm.
