Situated on the south side of 30A and next to the fine shops and restaurants, it is perfect for a couples' getaway. The Mercado, Spanish for market, was the winner of the 2007 Builder's Choice Award for Project of the Year. Designed by Looney Ricks Kiss Architects of Memphis, TN, the building has been described as having the most successfully European feel" with crisp millwork, vaulted ceilings, deep dormer windows, and open balconies. This upscale condo provides a luxurious, fully-equipped kitchen, plasma TVs, and plenty of room - nearly 2,000 sq. feet!
