Have pristine white sand beneath your toes within minutes from this tranquil beach house. Either take a few steps to Sugar Dunes Beach just south of the community or a quick stroll to Eastern Lake Beach just west.
Or, enjoy a peaceful day fishing or kayaking at Eastern Lake.
The community also offers two swimming pools, one is heated seasonally, and two newly finished tennis/pickle ball courts.

- You will have one straight staircase to climb to enter the front door just right of the staircase as you enter the landing. The home is located on the 2nd floor.

- FAMILY ROOM offers a huge sliding glass door that really provides ample natural light. Comfy sleeper sofa and two swivel chairs, cocktail table, console, and giant mounted Roku smart TV overlooking the family, dining room, and kitchen.
- PATIO is ginormous and sits right outside of the family room and overlooks the the shared backyard and one of the community grills. A cozy sofa, a matching coffee table, and 2 chairs positioned charmingly to endure the gulf breeze and catch a glimpse of the Gulf. Placed on the other end of the patio sits a huge beach toy box, which typically contains small beach toys to keep the little ones entertained.
- DINING ROOM overlooks the family room and kitchen, holds a charming wood table with 4 chairs and a bench that seats 2-3 people.
- KITCHEN contains stunning quartz countertops, and a gorgeous backsplash, an abundance of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, electric range, fridge, and microwave. Large bar top that keeps 3 bar stools. All essential kitchen appliances included.
- MASTER SUITE perfectly located at the back of the home. Positioned just right to catch a picture perfect sun rise form the giant sliding glass door leading to the patio. It encases a king size bed, a full size dresser, 2 bedside tables, and a large Roku smart TV. Attached to the master is the closet and the charming full bathroom.
- BEDROOM 2 positioned across the hall from the master suite. Includes a queen size bed. A full size dresser, 1 bedside table, and Roku smart TV. Attached is a deep closet.
- BEDROOM 3 & SUITE separated from the other 2 rooms and sits near the family room closer to the front of the home. Beautifully laid out with 2 full size beds, a full size dresser, 1 bedside tables, and a Roku Smart TV.
Attached is an efficient closet that leads directly to an enclosed powder bathroom. This powder bathroom leads to the chic shower/tub combo wash room, which also leads to another powder bathroom that is accessed from the hallway.
