The Nest at Seagrove Beach has tall ceilings, lots of light along with a private screened in porch which faces Point Washington State Park. The condo comes fully stocked with all the necessities such as new cookware, dinnerware, bedding, linens and most importantly all new beach equipment.
Along with all new living room, and dining room furniture, all mattress are new as of March '24 and are very comfortable.
The open floor plan is wonderful for family game or movie nights. The kitchen island sits 2 comfortably and the sofa table converts to a dining table for 6 when needed. The unit has 2 large flat screen TV's and is equipped Roku TV.
