This beautiful, exceptionally maintained eighth floor condominium boasts a well appointed kitchen, with sleek cabinets and granite counter tops, a glass back splash and high quality stainless steel appliances. BeachCrest 804 has wood-grain tile throughout, done in a beautiful herringbone pattern.
Both bathrooms are well kept and both have marble surrounds. The master has a walk-in shower and the guest bath has a tub, both have fresh and functional vanities. Pocket doors close off the guest bedroom and bath for a private suite. All the beds offer comfy mattresses and luxurious bedding. There are 3 TV's with DVD players and all TV's have cable hook-up.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed and balcony access. Private bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a sleeper sofa.
