Unit 4G was beautifully renovated in August 2025, featuring brand-new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, a shiplap accent wall, a sleeper sofa, and a stylish dining table. 4G is a 1-bedroom unit conveniently on the ground floor. It's perfect for couples or small families with its built-in bunks, queen sleeper sofa and king bedroom. The bedroom includes a TV plus custom built-in storage perfect for storing things instead of living out of your suitcase.
Relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the large TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. Enjoy the outdoors on the patio and grab some fresh air and Florida sunshine.
