*Beginning in March 2025 and continuing through 2026, the WaterSound Crossings condominiums will undergo an extensive exterior refurbishment project. DETAILS: Newly remodeled kitchen with beautiful marble countertops, white cabinets and appliances. Freshly painted with all new bedding and carpets. Calming natural colors provide the backdrop for a vacation to remember in this third-floor condominium with accommodations for eight in the Crossings District. The spacious living area allows for comfortable mingling with friends and family with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the open floor plan that flows easily from the kitchen, furnished with Viking stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and wraparound breakfast bar with seating for three, to the dining area with a breakfast table for four and dining table for six. Additional features include a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a half bath is conveniently located off the living area. The master has fabulous gulf views and is furnished with a king bed. In the spa-like master bath, guests can relax in the large tub, or separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed that its crisp colors reflect the beach view from the bedroom windows. Plenty of bedding exists in the third bedroom as there is a twin Bed and another twin bed with a trundle. Both the second and third bedrooms come complete with private baths.
